Our Christmas Lights Tour will once again visit Christmas Lit homes in Metro Vancouver — this time, for the first time, its time to visit Maple Ridge!
Milan Streit and Maxwell Chang have plotted a route through Maple Ridge, departing from Coquitlam Central Station. This area will be new to us — in past years we have considered “the Ridge” too far out to visit. Apparently we’ve been told that we have missed some spectacular displays. So this year we will remedy our omission. There will be a 30 minute drive to the displays (that can’t be helped) but on the way back we will stop in at a favourite– Rae Street in Port Coquitlam, to break up the journey!
And here’s some more news: on Boxing Day we will operate a trip using our 1964 GM “New Look” Fishbowl, 4612! There’ll be special pricing for this date to help offset the cost of additional insurance and fuel. But we think you’ll agree, the premium ($5) will be worth it!
Dates are December 12, 13, 19 and 20. Special trip: December 27th. Departs Coquitlam Central SkyTrain Station at 6.30pm (Note the earlier time to help compensate for the longer drive!)
