Hand Punch, Ticket/Transfer

$10.00

Hand punches used for fare verification by transit employees. Due to the large number of punches in our inventory, we are unsure when they entered service or who their original owner was. However, these are the later alloy models (earlier examples were iron) and were last used by the Coast Mountain Bus Company for fare validation in 2001 before the old passive, strip-style, single-use bus transfers were replaced with the current card-style magnetic stripe type. These punches are in used condition and show visible scratches and other marks. Dies are 3/16″ in size and produce a “fish” shape. Note we have removed the cable shown in photographs
